Bank transfer — Rakuten Bank (transfer fee payable by applicant) Payment for the English application form is accepted by Rakuten Bank transfer only. Discounted prices are valid only when both the application and payment are completed by the relevant deadline. If payment is received after the deadline, the price for the next sales period will apply.
